The coyote and nature (October 16th)

I took this photo on my way home from school. When I was walking, a gray animal crossed in front of me. I didn’t realize it was a coyote because it was walking like a dog. Coyotes are an animal that can not be seen in Japan, so I took a picture. I chose this photo because the sunset was just shining on the mountains and it was beautiful.

On the way home from Vancouver. (October 2nd)

The view from car window

When I went to Vancouver, I got a fever. I contacted my host mother and she said, “I will pick you up now”. I didn’t expect she can pick me up, so I felt we are like a real family.

I took this picture from car window. It was so beautiful view which I have seen in my life.

The campfire near the lake. (September 19th)

The campfire in the forest
The lake with clear sky

My host family took me to the lake in the evening. It was the first time to visit the lake in Canada, so I was excited to see them. We did campfire near the lake and ate sausages and marshmallows. After the sky darkens, we looked at the stars while lying down. Fortunately, I saw a shooting star. I had never seen them, so it became a memorable memory.

The Sun Peaks (September 18th)

My host family took me to Sun Peaks. We road chair lift to go to the top of mountain. I have never ridden chair lift, so it was scared for me to sit on it, but I could feel fresh air in the mountain. It was nice view from chair lift.

The first day in Kamloops (September 10th)

On my first day in Kamloops, I remember seeing the mountains illuminated by the setting sun and I I felt so beautiful. It was a mountain that I don’t see often in Japan, so I really felt I had come to Canada. At that time, I couldn’t imagine what the three months of study abroad would be like, so looking at this scenery, I had high hopes for my life in the future. This picture was taken at that time, so this is very memorable for me.
